Nutrition changed my life,
it’s time to change yours too.
I’m Anna; crepe-maker extraordinaire, casual cook, IBS and intolerance suffering ‘free-from’ foodie, terrible but enthused surfer, contented UK van dweller and doting dog ‘mum’. Now add to that passionate and approachable nutrition coach, and here we are.
In my happy place!
Since achieving my certified Nutrition Diploma, I’ve been figuring out how I want to help people. Not just the people who can afford to spend big bucks on one to one advice, and hours cooking intricate meals. Yes I’m here to show you that eating a nutritious balanced diet can make you feel amazing, but I’m also here to show you that this can be done on a low budget and that you can eat well even if you don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen.
Why did I choose nutrition?
I love being active, seeing my friends and family, walking my dogs, spending time cooking and keeping on top of chores. But sometimes working and commuting has taken up all of my energy. I’ve suffered with a number of low level health issues; IBS, asthma, stress and chronic pain to name a few. There have been times when exhaustion has won, it’s taken all I’ve got to carry on with the bare minimum and fun times have been few and far between.
The one thing that I’ve found makes an extraordinary difference to my health conditions, energy levels and ability to cope with the world is… Food. I don’t mean the chocolate, crisps and cookies that I’ve thoughtlessly stuffed down my throat when collapsed in front of the TV at the end of a long day. I mean remembering to eat instead of working through, using fresh whole food as part of every meal and planning meals that I know will help my body to heal and support me as I live my busy life.
The more I learnt about how much food can have a wonderful or terrible impact on my own health, the more intrigued I became about nutrition, which is why I decided to complete a diploma, and why I continue to study now. I know that you probably don’t want to do things the long way round like I did. If you’re reading this you’ve an inkling that maybe you can feel better if you improve your diet.
I built Feed Your Passion for you.
